Validating and Publishing the Proposal Details Form

To validate and enable the Proposal Details Form:

1. Select Validate.

   The Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box should show no errors.

2. In the Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box, select Close.
3. Select Publish.
4. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
