Create the Proposal Details Form
Note: This topic is part of the Creating a Project Proposal Approval Workflow: Example series.
This form is associated with the Collect More Information task step. After the Project Proposal Approval workflow determines that the proposal is for a project with a Risk Level value of High, Very High, or Not Identified, a user completes this form to enter additional information about the proposed project.
