Adding the Approve Proposal Task Step

The Approve Proposal task step includes two tasks, a form task and an update field task. The form task notifies a user of your choice that the proposal has been approved. The update field task automatically changes the Status of the proposal to Planned.
To add the Approve Proposal task step:
- In the Workflow Design toolbar, select Add a task step and drag it onto the workflow design canvas.
- Position the new step above the End step.
- In the Step area, in the Name field, enter Approve Proposal.
- In the Description text area, enter Automatically approve low and medium-risk proposals.
- In the Step area, select Add , and then select Form Task.
- In the Form Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Notification - Proposal Approved.
- In the Instructions field, enter Notification to inform owner the proposal has been approved.
- Select OK.
- In the Step area, select Add , and then select Update Field Task.
- In the Update Field Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Approve Proposal.
- In the Description field, enter Change proposal status to Planned.
- Select OK.
- In the Approve Proposal step icon, select Draw connector line, and then select the End step icon.
- Select Save.
