Resource Demand Fields

Depending on your settings, the following fields might appear on the page as table columns, spreadsheet rows, or in detail windows. Fields that are generic across the application, such as Name, may not be included here.

The fields below are organized alphabetically. Each available spreadsheet row on the page corresponds to a varying number of table columns.

FTE - Role Committed

The total committed FTE. Calculated as total commitment units divided by total commitment duration.

FTE - Role Demand

The total demand FTE. Calculated as total demand units divided by total demand duration.

Role Committed Cost

The total cost associated with the role's committed units. This is calculated based on the standard role rates.

Role Committed Duration

The total duration of the commitments.

Role Committed Finish

The finish date of the allocation commitment.

Role Committed Start

The start date of the allocation commitment.

Role Committed (Total)

The sum of committed units for a given project - role demand.

Role Demand Cost

The total cost associated with the role's demand. This is calculated based on the standard role rates.

Role Demand Duration

The total expected duration of the demand.

Role Demand Finish

The finish date for the demand.

Calculated as Start plus Total Demand.

Role Demand Start

The start date for the demand.

Role Demand (Total)

The sum of the demand units entered for a single role.
