Add the Create Proposal from Idea Workflow

To add the Create Proposal from Idea workflow:
- In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
- From the Main Menu, select Workflows and Forms, and then select Workflow Design.
- On the Workflow Design page, select Add.
- In the Workflow area, in the Name field, enter Create Proposal from Idea.
- In the Description field, enter Custom workflow to create a project proposal from an accepted idea.
- Select Save.
