Organize Your Apps
You can customize the apps in the Main Menu to display the apps you use the most. You can show or hide apps at any time. Any selections you make in the Edit Menu will be reflected in the Main Menu.
To organize your apps using the Edit Menu:
- In the object selector, select
Workspace, 
Project, 
Program, 
Portfolio, or 
Idea. - Select an object from the list.
- From the
Main Menu, select 
Edit Menu. - In the Edit Menu dialog box, choose from the following options:
- In the Show or Hide column, select or deselect an app to show or hide it in the Main Menu.
- Click and drag the
icon beside an app name to reorder the apps in the Main Menu.
- Close the Edit Menu dialog box.
