Adding Form Elements to the General Tab

To add the form elements to the General tab:
- Select the General tab.
- In the Form toolbar, select the Input Field icon and drag it onto the form canvas.
- In the Select Fields dialog box, In the Available list, find and select the Name field, and then select Move Right.
Usually, the fastest way to find a field is by typing it into the Search bar above the Available list.
- Find and select the Description field, and then select Move Right.
- Find and select the Status field, and then select Move Right.
- Select Select.
- Select the Name field.
- In the Properties: Field area, deselect Editable data.
- Select the Status field.
- In the Properties: Field area, deselect Editable data.
- Select Save.
