Add a Scope Item Change Request

Add scope item change requests when new scope items are needed, when additional quantities are needed, when it is determined that a lesser quantity is needed for a project, or when CBS code or cost category assignments needs to be added or changed. One change request can capture as many change items as needed.

To add a new scope item change request:

  1. In the object selector, select Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Scope, and then select Scope Item Changes.
  3. Select Add Scope Item Change.
  4. On the Scope Item Change Details page, in the Description field, optionally enter the purpose for the change request and select Save.
