Duplicate a Report
Create a new report by duplicating an existing report to inherit the settings from that original report. You can then make any adjustments to the new report as needed. You can duplicate a report from the owning workspace or the child workspace.
To duplicate a report:
- In the object selector, select Workspace, ﱆ Project, Portfolio, or Program, and then select an object name from the list.
- From the Main Menu, select Reports, and then select Report List.
- On the Report List page, in the table, select a report, select the Context menu for the report, and then select Duplicate.
- Configure the new report, and select Save.
Notes:
- You must have the necessary security privilege to duplicate a report created by another user.
- To duplicate a report from a child workspace, you must have the Workspace Report Edit privilege in the Report permission set for the workspace.
- BI Publisher-based layouts cannot be copied to duplicate reports. You must manually create new BI Publisher-based layouts for duplicate reports.
