Publish an Analysis View to a Portfolio
Publish analysis views to portfolios to enable planners to evaluate project selection based on key performance indicators and other project attributes. You can publish multiple views to a single portfolio, enabling planners to switch between views and compare data based on different sets of criteria. Analysis views published to portfolios can also be viewed in the portfolio-level settings.
To publish an analysis view to a portfolio:
- In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
- From the Main Menu, select Summary & Settings.
- On the Summary & Settings page, select Dictionaries, and then select Analysis Views.
- Select an analysis view.
- On the Settings tab, configured the following columns:
- Portfolios: Select a check box to make the current analysis view available to that portfolio.
- Publish View: Select to enable users to access the analysis view from the Published Views page for the portfolio. If disabled, the view will not be displayed. The analysis view must be available to the portfolio before you can publish it.
