Delete a Portfolio

You can delete a portfolio no longer in use. Portfolios can only be deleted when they have a status of In Planning. Approved portfolios cannot be deleted.

Before you can delete a portfolio, you must remove all budget and resource scenarios. See Delete a Budget Planning Scenario and Delete a Resource Planning Scenario for more information.

To delete a portfolio:

1. In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
2. In the table, select the portfolio.
3. Select the Context menu beside the portfolio name, and select Delete.
4. In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.
5. Select Save.
