Reactivate a User
When a deactivated user needs to be reinstated and given access to your company's instance of Oracle Primavera Cloud, you can change the status of the user to active. Deactivated users do not have licenses and they are prevented from logging into your company's environment. When you set a user as active, licenses need to be associated with the user.
To reactivate a user:
- From the
Main Menu, select
Global Admin.
- Select Users from the list.
Note: This can also be done from the Company Details page. To access the Company Details page, select a company on the Companies page.
- In the table, select a user row, select the
Context menu, and then select Activate User.
Note: The user will only be activated in this company's instance of Primavera Cloud. Any other instances that the user has access to will not be changed.
- Select Save.
Tips
- To monitor a user's status, use
Settings to add columns to the current view:
- Enable the Status column to quickly change a user's status using the dropdown list for the column.
- Enable the Date Last Deactivated column to display the most recent date that the user was deactivated.
