Create a Snapshot of an Evaluation Score
Evaluation Score snapshots are used to determine how projects, programs, and ideas are progressing over time. An Evaluation Score snapshot captures the configuration of the Evaluation Matrix, along with detailed scoring data for all objects using the Evaluation Matrix. Snapshots of an Evaluation Score can be taken at any point in time to capture a history for the plan.
To create a snapshot of an evaluation score:
- In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, Program, or Idea. Select a project, a program, or an idea from the list.
- From the Main Menu, select Strategic Alignment, and then select Evaluation.
- Select Save Snapshot.
- (Optional) To update the snapshot name, double click the name in the Evaluation Score Snapshots detail panel. Select Save.
The Evaluation Score Snapshots detail panel displays when the Evaluation Matrix row is selected. The Evaluation Score Snapshots detail panel contains information about the snapshots, including the date the snapshot was added, which user added it, and the total score of the evaluation at the time the snapshot was added. Select View Snapshot to view further details of the selected evaluation score snapshot.
