Import Rank Values from Microsoft Excel
You can import prioritization matrix rank values into the application from a Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx) file. After downloading the import template, follow the instructions to create or update project and program rank values in the spreadsheet. Rank values can then be edited for subcategories with Source set as Manual. For subcategories with Source set as Thresholds, the Rank value is set to read-only and cannot be edited on the prioritization matrix. The import will fail if there are any invalid values in the spreadsheet. You can download the spreadsheet file to view and fix the errors indicated in the error column at the end of each worksheet, and then import the file again.
You must have sufficient privileges to perform this task.
