Download an Import Template for Importing Budget Scenario Data on the Selection Analysis Page
Download a pre-formatted Microsoft Excel template to use when importing budget scenario data. After you download the template, enter the name and ID of each project in the scenario, and then enter budget scenario details, including selected state, total cost, and spread cost data. When you are finished, you can import the updated template to create the data in Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Note: Download and import functionality is available on Grid & Chart, Grid (Top) & 2 Charts (Bottom), and Grid Only analysis view types.
To download an import template on the Selection Analysis page:
- In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
- Select a portfolio name.
- From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Published Views.
- In the table, select the name of the analysis view to open it on the Selection Analysis page.
- Select Actions , and then select Download Import Template.
Note: This option is only available if the current scenario is In Planning.
Tips
- The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file with the default file name ScenariosImportTemplate
- The top two rows of each worksheet are required when importing resources from a spreadsheet. You can delete unused optional columns, but do not change the data in these rows.
- Only one scenario can be imported per template.
