Link an Idea or Project

Link an idea to similar ideas or projects.

1. In the object selector, select  Idea, and then select View Ideas List.
2. In the table, select an idea name.
3. In the sidebar, hover over  Related Items, and select Related Item List.
4. Select the Link  menu and then select Idea or Project.
5. In the Available list, select an idea or project, and then select  Move Right to move it to the Selected list.

   You can add multiple ideas or multiple projects at once.

6. Select Link.
7. Select Save.

   Note: When you link an idea to another idea, the link will appear in the Related Items List of both ideas.

Tips

• A link from an idea to a project proposal is created automatically if the project proposal is created through the default workflow. This link cannot be removed.
