The Portfolio Analysis app provides a variety of tools to evaluate your portfolio and monitor its performance.

Use the Prioritization Matrix page to rank and prioritize projects and programs based on your organization's evaluation categories.

Configure measures to track portfolio performance using metrics important to your organization. Add measures to the Scorecard page to monitor the health and status of your portfolio. Break down portfolio performance by individual projects or sub-portfolios using the Investor Map. After a budget plan is approved, track project costs on the Spending page. In the Portfolio Analysis app at the workspace level, use the Summary Scorecard page to monitor the health of all the portfolios in your workspace.
