Reset a User Password
You can send a password reset email to an active user. The user will receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password. You can choose to do this if a user forgets their password or locks themselves out of the application. Resetting the password will unlock the account for the user.
To reset a password of a user:
- From the Main Menu, select Global Admin.
- Select Users from the list.
Note: This can also be done from the Company Details page. To access the Company Details page, select a company on the Companies page.
- In the table, select a user row, select the Context menu, and then select Reset User Password.
- In the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.
An email is sent to the user with instructions on how to set up a new password.
Note: The Reset User Password option is not available if a user is set to use identity federation in an instance of Primavera Cloud hosted in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
