Update the Owning Workspace of a Workflow Configuration

Update the owning workspace of a workflow configuration to move it to another workspace that you are assigned. If you move the configuration to a workspace that is higher in the workspace hierarchy, it will be available to more workspaces.

To update the owning workspace of a workflow configuration:

In the object selector, select  Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
From the  Main Menu, select  Workflows and Forms, and then select Workflow Configuration.
On the Workflow Configuration page, select the  Context menu next to a workflow configuration name, and then select Change Owning Workspace.
In the Select Workspace dialog box, select an owning workspace, and then select Select.
Select Save.
