Folder Templates Overview

Folder templates provide a way to create folder and file structures that can be used across your organization. If your organization has standard folders or files that will be used across various workspaces, you can create a folder template that can be applied to project or portfolio file folders. Applying a template applies all folders and files to the selected folder from the template. Using templates saves time by eliminating the need to re-import files and folders multiple times in multiples projects and portfolios. Folder templates are managed at the workspace level in the Files app.
